San Marcos la laguna,
on the shores of the magical Lake Atitlan.

ThisΒ labor-intesive processΒ involves roasting, peeling, grinding into bricks of potent paste which are molded into bricks andΒ  vacuum-sealed for freshness to be shared around the world.Β

The cacao is ethically-sourced from a sustainable/pesticide-free, family-owned farm in Alta Verapaz, Guatemala.

Processed here in San Marcos La Laguna, on the shores of Lake Atitlan,
by an Indigenous Women's Collective.Β 

Each bean is fermented, sun-dried, lightly roasted and peeled by hand.
It is milled in small batches, packaged fresh andΒ vacuum-sealed for longevity!Β
