The cacao is ethically-sourced from a sustainable/pesticide-free, family-owned farm in Alta Verapaz, Guatemala.
Processed here in San Marcos La Laguna, on the shores of Lake Atitlan,
by an Indigenous Women's Collective
Each bean is fermented, sun-dried, lightly roasted and peeled by hand.
It is milled in small batches, packaged fresh and vacuum-sealed for longevity!
